WE THREE KINGS OF ORIENT ARE

Here's a powerful, syncopated, dramatic advanced piano arrangement of the traditional Christmas carol “We Three Kings of Orient Are.” The two-against-three rhythm will keep your listeners on the edge of their seats. Plus the minor key allows us for great harmonic variety. The first verse begins with the right hand carrying the melody while the left hand providing a pedal tone in broken octaves. On the second verse the right hand plays an ostinato an octave higher while the left hand plays the melody and harmony in the middle register. Towards the end, this arrangement resumes the dramatic texture from the beginning for a strong finale.
